Meet Our Staff

Dr. To is originally from Akron, OH. He attended Case Western University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. After receiving his D.D.S. at Ohio State University he completed an Advanced General Dentistry Residency Program at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
In 2005, Dr. To became a partner in the practice and in 2009, he became a joint-owner of the practice with Dr. Sanjay Rajani.

Dr. To performs advanced treatments such as implant restorations, endodontics, and full mouth reconstructions. He believes in the newest technologies in dentistry and keeps updated with the latest research. Dr. To strives to integrate his knowledge of dentistry with patient/doctor relations by educating patients with their dental needs.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. To has many interests, which include golf, mountain biking, and music. He resides in Woodbine, MD with his wife Renee and daughter Cydney.

Dr. Choe currently practices with Feldman, Choe and Slevin, D.D.S., P.A. in Towson, MD and sees patients at our office monthly. He performs periodontic and prosthodontic procedures, such as implants and full prosthetic reconstruction. He also serves as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Choe publishes articles and gives lectures related to his expertise in CAT scans, implants, and CAD-CAM dentistry.

In 1998, Dr. Choe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in biology and minor in economics from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2002 and completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in 2003 at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. In 2004 he was chief resident and received hospital-based training at the Baltimore Veterans Affairs Hospital in General Practice Residency. He completed his periodontics residency in 2007 at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and his Implant Periodontal Prosthetics Fellowship in 2009. Dr. Choe became a Diplomate in periodontics in 2008, where he was board certified by the American Board of Periodontology. Additionally, he also received a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore, Graduate School in 2007.

Dr. Choe received an award for “Immediately Loaded Implant Solutions,” during the Nobel Biocare World Tour in 2006. He also was a Volpe Prize Finalist in 2009 for “Impact of Sinus Pathosis on Implant Survival in the Augmented Sinus” and also presented this research at the International Association for Dental Research. Dr. Choe is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Maryland State Dental Association and the Baltimore County Dental Association. He currently resides in Mount Washington, Maryland.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada, Dr. Rajani received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Manitoba in 1999. Dr. Rajani started his career working in private practice in Toronto, Ontario before relocating to the United States.

In 2002, Dr. Rajani moved to Washington D.C to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at Howard University. Upon graduation from the program in 2003, he joined our practice as an associate and became a partner in 2005.

Dr. Rajani performs all aspects of dentistry including advanced implant reconstructions, fixed and removable prosthetics and cosmetics. He is a firm believer in continuing education to ensure the newest technologies are integrated into the practice to provide patients with the highest standards of care.

In his spare time, he enjoys international travel, music and spending time with his wife Tanvi, daughter Kavya and son Aarav.

Lesley received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from West Liberty University. She started with Damascus Dental Group in 1994. Lesley has enjoyed building relationships with her patients, providing thorough professional dental care and education to children and adults.

Lesley enjoys listening to music, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, Megan worked as a dental assistant where she realized her passion was with patient care. Obtaining her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from Hagerstown Community College in Dental Hygiene, Megan graduated at the top of her class and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa honors society.

Megan loves her work in dentistry and strives to turn a prior negative experience with dental anxiety into a positive, comfortable and happy experience for her patients. Outside of the office Megan loves being with family and making memories. She enjoys going to the lake, taking long walks and cooking.
