Dr.To is alway great, explains everything and is very personal with my request!Last but never lease, the first office staff, always first hand, top notch prevent care health when it comes to arranging next appointments and not just with me but my whole family!Elaine is my go to person, she connects with everyone ask about my family, extended family an all!The dentist is a place I would always dread to go and see but when it comes to Damascus Dental, it always feels like I am seeing an old friend!

My dental hygienist was courteous, and kind. She listened to my needs and advised me with care for my wellbeing. The doctor was tender and patient with me when he did the final inspection. Thank you so much Damascus Dental.But they’re now refusing to schedule my next appointment because I have a $100 balance on my account, which is due to a no-show appointment for my teenage son and daughter. Well they’re now considered as adults by the healthcare system, why not hold them accountable for missing their appointments rather than block my next appointment.

I had a wonderful experience today. I had my teeth cleaned and I can't tell you how much I appreciated how the dental hygienist explained everything she was doing. Then Dr. To came in and talked to me about a concern I had about my bottom back tooth. He was very honest that eventually I would lose that tooth but i could replace the old cap for a new one. I appreciated the honesty. I look forward to returning to this dentist office. Everyone was so nice and professional. I failed to send this previously, however, Dr. Toe put my new cap on . It fits beautifully. I always appreciate how cheerful and friendly all the staff was.
